Consultations
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are providing a restricted service..
We are able to offer telephone appointments with our vets during this difficult time. There is a charge for this service.
If the vet decides that your pet needs to be seen at the practice, this charge will be deducted from your consultation fee.
If you feel your pet needs to be seen urgently please telephone the appropriate practice.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your email to be answered.
Repeat Prescriptions
Due to the large volume of calls we are receiving, please email all prescriptions requests to the appropriate practice where possible.
Please allow 3 days for your order to be processed.
Please include the following information on your email: full name, address, contact telephone number, pet's name, medication required and the amount needed.
We will reply to your email and advise you when to come and collect your prescription.
When you arrive to collect your medication, we will ask you to call the practice from the car park to pay for your items over the phone.
Our reception team will then bring your order out to you.

Vaccinations
Vaccinations remain important for disease control for all pets but it is important to remember that immunity does not diminish immediately when a booster is due.
